A growing fintech company based in Larnaca is looking to recruit a motivated and analytical Junior Product Specialist to join its Product team. Job Description
The Junior Product Specialist will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the company’s digital products. Working closely with Product, Development, QA, Design, and other business teams, you will help translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and support new features throughout the product development lifecycle.
The position is suited to an early-career professional with approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience, although candidates with strong internships, academic projects, or practical exposure to product, technology, or fintech may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing improvement of digital products and features
- Gather, clarify, and document business and user requirements
- Assist with preparing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Support the maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Design, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in product planning, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
- Assist with feature testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to releases
- Monitor product issues and user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with reviewing product usage, performance, and relevant data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation
- Support product releases and post-release follow-up activities
- Communicate product requirements, progress, and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to improve product functionality, usability, and the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field
- Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Fintech, Technology, or a related environment
- Foundational understanding of product development and the product lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative and user-focused approach with a willingness to learn new technologies and industry concepts
Previous exposure to fintech, payments, trading, brokerage, or other financial-services products will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, APIs, system integrations, UX/UI principles, data analysis, or reporting tools would also be beneficial.

- Salary: €24,000 – €36,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, technical knowledge, and level of independence

Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:15, including a 45-minute lunch break
- Friday: 08:30 – 17:00, including a 30-minute lunch break
